Let’s meet the North Capital of Greece. Urban City with blend of history from Ancient Greece, Romans, Byzantine, Ottoman and Jewish. Perfect location in the bay gives Thessaloniki a unique promenade with one of the best sunsets in Greece. Huge influence from many cultures gave fair to Thessaloniki the title of Greece’s culinary capital. This is reflected in the blend of spicy Eastern, Balkan and Mediterranean flavors of its cuisine, and in its cosmopolitan vibe. From Roman ruins to Ottoman gems, experience the unique heritage of Greece’s co-capital in an unforgettable journey through time! You’ll be surprised from how much the “Bride of the North” has to offer you! One-of-a-kind experience #1: Have you tried Gyros pita? Forget it! You never eaten The True Gyros Pita of Thessaloniki that you can only hold with 2 hands!! Lunch time. Gyros time! Enjoy it as locals do! One-of-a-kind experience #2:
We will take an approx. hour boat ride along Thessaloniki seashore on the city’s most iconic Cruise Bar Boat. Departing from the White Tower of Thessaloniki you’ll have chance to experience Thessaloniki from the sea. On board we will enjoy a drink or beverage accompanied by Latin and Ethnic music. Once returned on the shore – we will have some time to rest at the hotel. In the evening we invite you to Thessalonian Riviera where the fish restaurants offer the very best of their catch of the day. Dinner in one of the fish restaurants with local varieties of wine. Return to the hotel & overnight. |

METEORA EXPERIENCE |

We are leaving the Urban Greece behind and begin our adventure in the nature. Meteora – floating monasteries the 8th world wonder Meteora – there is nothing quite like it anywhere else! A vast complex of giant rock pillars with monasteries made on the picks of the sandstone cliffs centuries ago creates a truly surreal landscape found nowhere else in the world! It is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Until this day, the method of how these monasteries were built remain unknown. We will have chance to visit 1 of the Monasteries to explore the lifestyle of the monks of this sacred place. One-of-a-kind experience: It’s time to have some… Hunting! Hunting for truffle mushrooms! After the visit to the monasteries, in the beautiful forests of the region, we will have the opportunity to enjoy a unique truffle hunting experience together with the guides and specially trained dogs, taste a delicious mushroom pasta with truffles, cooked right in the forest by a Greek chef together with the local famous wine, try various mushroom products. The experience is completed with a tour to the Museum of Truffle Mushrooms (optionally). After the hearty lunch in the forest, we return to the Guest House. (The truffle hunting does not require any physical efforts, no trekking, no climbing etc, it is just a light walk in the forest with pleasant company and guides). After the truffle hunting, well-fed and excited we check in at the hotel in Kalambaka or in the area for overnight. For dinner we suggest the famous local tavern, known for its continental dishes, based on the traditional recipes. Overnight in the hotel in Kalambaka (or nearby).

Transfer to the Mt. Olympus, the homeland of Zeus and Ancient Greek Gods. Region of Pieria includes the best of Greece, Mountain Slopes and beautiful beaches. Don’t miss out! While on Mount Olympus, visiting the Gods, this tour will not only be rejuvenating, but will certainly be remembered for the beauty of landscapes and vivid impressions. Once we finish our walk through the mountain meadow, nothing can rejuvenate us better than a mug of fragrant herbal mountain tea and some local snacks. We will enjoy the picnic in the nature and admire the views.
One-of-a-kind experience: Paleos Panteleimonas with its’ picturesque streets and unforgettable views of the coast of Pieria brings us closer to the Greek Gods. Local village life, Macedonian architecture and mountain tea, spices, and wellness healing oils – all these are waiting you in Palios Panteleimonas. The village is located at an altitude of 500m above sea level, offering an unforgettable view of the coast of Pieria and the Platamon medieval fortress. One-of-a-kind experience: Dine with the gods! Greek Symposium with views You will have the chance to try tasty Greek mezes and specialties, together with local Greek wine. Traditional Greek Live music will keep you entertained during the lunch in a mountain chalet with the view to the Olympus slopes and Olympic riviera. Yamas!!!! BLUE LAGOON AND ATHOS MONASTIC REPUBLIC PRIVATE CRUISE |

Transfer to the Ormos Panagias port. One-of-a-kind experience: Today we set sail on a private daily cruise to Halkidiki’s breathtaking Blue Lagoons and the sacred shores of Mount Athos! We’ll swim in crystal-clear waters, explore hidden islands, and admire the stunning monasteries of the world’s only Monastic Republic, included in UNESCO heritage. We’ll relax on deck, and enjoy a journey through history, nature, and serenity. Then we will drop anchor off the coast of the Drenya Islands and together with the cruise ship crew we’ll prepare our lunch on the grill and enjoy it accompanying the fresh vegetables, local specialties, drinks and refreshments. After the cruise – return to the hotel. Dinner at the hotel. Overnight. |
